BLUE SKY REAL ESTATE ANNOUNCES NEW RESIDENCE HALL FOR BARNARD COLLEGE

Blue Sky is pleased to announce a collaboration with Barnard College to secure a 140-bed student housing facility at 3060 Broadway. The building was acquired by Blue Sky and leased to Barnard College on a long-term basis.

The new residential facility will provide highly desirable housing near campus that will increase the College's flexibility to meet its growing demand for housing.

"Blue Sky created a structure that allowed Barnard to expand residential housing directly across the street from campus,” said Rob Goldberg, Chief Operating Officer of Barnard College.

“Barnard had a vision for improving the residential experience for its students. Blue Sky and Barnard worked together closely to identify alternatives, choose the best path forward, and realize that vision,” said Joel Papo, Chief Operating Officer of Blue Sky.
